Are you an organized, detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong communication skills? We are looking for a Commercial Assistant with Turkish to join our team!
Your Responsibilities:
Manage the post-order process to ensure efficiency and reduce administrative burden, with a keen attention to detail.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and involved parties to facilitate smooth operations and avoid errors.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices, double-checking all documents and payments for correctness.
Monitor delivery timelines and resolve disputes related to transport or delivered goods.
Propose solutions for process improvements and effective dispute resolution, ensuring that all details are addressed.
Your Qualifications:
Excellent communication and time management skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
Fluency in Turkish (B2) and English (B1).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
