AI & Business Process Optimization Internship – Iași

Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and curious to see how it can transform real business processes? We are looking for a curious, dynamic and solution-oriented intern to help us identify and implement process optimization ideas using AI.

What you will do

• Analyze internal processes and tasks that can be improved or optimized.
• Test and propose solutions based on AI and automation.
• Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other AI platforms.
• Contribute to improving daily operations and increasing efficiency.
• Turn ideas and concepts into practical, applicable solutions.

What we are looking for

• Genuine interest in AI and technology.
• Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, data analysis, etc.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to identify where technology adds value.
• Curious, proactive mindset and willingness to test new ideas.
• Advanced English level. French is a plus.
• Involvement in extracurricular activities, NGOs, competitions or personal projects is a strong advantage.

Program

• Flexible schedule, 6 hours per day.
• Adapted to the candidate’s academic schedule, if currently studying.

Nice to have

• Previous AI-based projects.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, automation tools or Python.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into practical solutions.
