Overview:

The Business Operations & Development Manager plays a strategical role in driving the company's business growth and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing strategic initiatives, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring that the company’s goals are met.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of business operations.


Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Availability to travel worldwide according to new business projects.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across various departments.
  • Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Process Improvement and Project Management:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to enhance operational performance.
  • Implement lean management practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, assign resources, and monitor progress to achieve project goals.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage and mentor a team of business professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
