Business Performance Leader

What if your analysis could help shape the way a business operates? At Veo Worldwide Services, we are looking for a Business Performance Lead to help us understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement and turn data into practical business solutions.

What will your role involve?

• Developing and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards to monitor commercial, financial and operational performance.

• Building and optimizing data models, reports and visualizations to support business decision-making.

• Analyzing sales, financial and operational KPIs to identify performance trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Investigating the root causes of underperformance and translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Monitoring business performance across commercial sites and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability.

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, improve performance measurement and support data-driven decisions.

• Presenting key findings, performance reports and improvement proposals to management.

• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of performance improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Business Performance or a similar role.

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, Power Query and data modeling.

• Experience in developing and optimizing reports and interactive dashboards for business stakeholders.

• Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.

• Strong understanding of commercial and operational KPIs, financial indicators and business performance analysis.

• Ability to interpret complex data, identify business issues and translate findings into practical recommendations.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced English.

It would be an advantage if you have:

• Experience in retail, commercial operations or multi-site businesses.

• Experience with process automation and continuous improvement methodologies.
