Job description

We are looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead commercial operations, drive performance, and ensure alignment with company strategy. The role includes overseeing acquisition and prospection teams, leading managers, implementing directions to improve results in turnover, strengthening partnerships with companies in dedicated European area and transversal dept and identifying growth opportunities to support sustainable business development.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Ensure proper implementation of the commercial model and compliance with internal rules, guaranteeing accurate system usage and high data quality.

·       Drive achievement of KPIs and business targets by overseeing the full commercial flow and ensuring effective campaign execution.

·       Monitor performance through regular business reviews, define corrective measures, and contribute to target setting.

·       Prepare and deliver periodic performance analyses, consolidating and validating data to ensure accurate reporting and reliable forecasts.

·       Lead, motivate, and develop the team, managing recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, development and succession plans, while fostering a high-performance culture.

·       Address performance gaps, manage conflicts, and implement action plans to continuously improve results.

·       Take timely decisions in case of performance deviations or non-compliance, validate escalations, and manage priorities in complex operational contexts.

Requirements:

·        Relevant experience in a managerial/commercial role (Country Manager, Commercial Manager, Operations Manager or similar).

·        Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

·        Proven experience in driving KPIs, achieving business targets, and managing revenue performance.

·        Strong understanding of commercial processes, performance monitoring, and business analysis.

·        Solid leadership experience, including team coordination, performance management, talent development, and effective stakeholder communication and conflict resolution.

·        Strong ability to manage complex or multi-site operational environments, ensuring compliance with internal processes, prioritizing effectively, and acting decisively in case of performance deviations.
