Job description

Are you an organized, detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong communication skills? We are looking for a Commercial Assistant with Turkish to join our team!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the post-order process to ensure efficiency and reduce administrative burden, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and involved parties to facilitate smooth operations and avoid errors.

  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices, double-checking all documents and payments for correctness.

  • Monitor delivery timelines and resolve disputes related to transport or delivered goods.

  • Propose solutions for process improvements and effective dispute resolution, ensuring that all details are addressed.

Your Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.

  • Fluency in English (B2-C1).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
