The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Commercial Business Unit Manager with strong commercial and business experience to ensure continuity and further development of our operations. In this role, you will lead the purchasing activity, manage cross-functional teams and report directly to the Zone Manager.

The Commercial Business Unit Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, development plans, managing people and performance, preparing budgets and reports and ensuring sustainable profitability.

You will also maintain strong relationships with existing partners while developing new commercial opportunities.

  • Solid previous experience in a commercial or business development role

  • Proven people management and leadership capabilities

Job Description

  • Coordinate the activity of the commercial site specialized in purchasing operations

  • Lead, recruit, coach, evaluate and supervise the assigned teams

  • Ensure effective task delegation and promote a problem-solving mindset

  • Monitor, analyze and report team performance and KPIs to top management

  • Motivate teams and propose action plans to achieve business objectives and targets
