We’re looking for a results-driven, people-focused Commercial Team Manager to lead our acquisition team, drive performance, and shape commercial strategy.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a team of 4–5 buyers, driving commercial performance.

  • Manage daily operations and acquisition activities with a hands-on, strategic approach.

  • Coach, evaluate, and develop team members to reach their full potential.

  • Track KPIs and results, analyze performance, and report to senior management.

  • Shape strategy and propose action plans to achieve objectives and exceed targets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver results.
