Responsibilities:

·        Identify, select, coach and mentor individuals, uncovering hidden potential and developing their skills to become high-performing professionals

·        Recruit, select and coach candidates with potential in their respective fields

·        Invest trust and resources in the development of talented individuals, inspiring them to reach their full potential

·        Build a professional learning expert image and a valuable trademark

·        Monitor trainees' progress and adjust coaching methods to continually support and encourage their performance

·        Domestic and international travel (average of 25-30%)

You are the right candidate if you have:

·        Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer role or experience in delivering training to adults

·        Public speaking and the ability to deliver any type of training

·        Proactive attitude

·        Good time management and organizational skills

·        Ability to work autonomously

·        Enjoy training and mentoring

·        Advanced English skills (B2-C1) and advanced MS Office package.
