We are looking for an organized and proactive person to provide operational and administrative support to the IT Committee. The role involves coordination, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Organize IT Committee agenda and meetings, including stakeholder coordination.

• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on actions and decisions.

• Ensure clear communication, reporting, and dissemination of decisions to relevant stakeholders.

• Manage inboxes, documentation, and prepare presentations.

• Perform administrative support tasks for the committee.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent);

• English language skills at B2–C1 level;

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva are an advantage;

• Previous experience with exposure to the IT field;

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive mindset;

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;

• Analytical thinking and strong summarizing skills;

• Ability to structure and present information clearly and coherently.
