Communication Specialist

We are looking for a Communication Specialist who will drive strategic and hands-on communication initiatives that shape how our brand is experienced. This role is key in supporting employer branding, engaging internal communities, and creating meaningful content across digital channels.

Main responsibilities:

·        Coordinate communication initiatives across internal and external audiences

·        Create and manage digital content that supports brand visibility and engagement

·        Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding campaigns

·        Manage social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels

·        Support community engagement through relevant and impactful communication activities

·        Collaborate with cross-functional and creative teams to deliver high-quality content

·        Participate in the planning and communication of key events and campaigns

·        Monitor and adapt content strategies based on performance and audience insights

Required profile:

·        English: C1 level (written and spoken);

·        1–3 years of experience in communication, employer branding or community engagement;

·        A profile with a strong sense of community management – someone who knows how to activate people, build engagement, and turn internal groups into active brand advocates;

·        Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple initiatives;

·        Strong interpersonal skills – sociable, proactive and able to engage others;

·        Hands-on with content creation and familiar with basic visual editing tools;

·        Experience in retail, BPO, HR, or project coordination is an advantage;

·        Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
