Responsibilities:

• Identify, select, coach and mentor individuals, uncovering hidden potential and developing their skills to become high-performing professionals.
• Recruit, select and coach candidates with potential in their respective fields.
• Invest trust and resources in the development of talented individuals, inspiring them to reach their full potential.
• Build a professional learning expert image and a valuable trademark.
• Monitor trainees' progress and adjust coaching methods to continually support and encourage their performance.
