Team Leader, Coaching Team

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage a team of 4–6 business coaches. This team plays a key role in developing commercial talent, guiding prospectors from day one until they are ready to join our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of 4–6 coaches to meet performance goals.

Align coaching efforts with business objectives and client expectations.

Provide feedback and development opportunities to help coaches grow.

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure coaching activities are performance-driven.

Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience- leading teams in a coaching or training environment.

Experience managing coaches/trainers and working with KPIs.

Strong leadership, feedback and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to organize and align team activities with business goals.

Fluency in English (B2).
