Job description

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving ability in a fast pace environment, excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Your key responsibilities:

·        Be the first point of contact in the organization.

·        Maintain positive relationships with the company’s partners, clients, and suppliers.

·        Oversee document management, ensuring accurate organization and filing.

·        Receive, send and track correspondence and important documents.

·        Performs the necessary arrangements and/or provide support for organizing various events within the company.

·        Support other departments in organizing off-site activities (like workshops, conferences, meetings).

·        Support with any ad-hoc request related to office administration.

 

To qualify for the role you must have:

·        Previous proven experience in a similar or related position.

·        Good command of English, both spoken and written (minimum B1 level).

·        Good knowledge of MS Office.

·        Good interpersonal communication and multi-tasking skills.

·        Well organized, friendly, self-starter, flexible, problem-solver.
