The Global Support Manager will coordinate IT support activities at an international level, focusing on team consolidation, operational efficiency and service quality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily activity of technical support teams, ensuring efficient service delivery;

  • Monitor operational performance and propose process improvements;

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure service quality and alignment;

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and insights;

  • Support the onboarding and integration of new team members;

  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of operational processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Solid background in team leadership within technical or operational environments;

  • Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills;

  • Solid analytical skills and experience with KPI monitoring and reporting;

  • Experience working with distributed teams or international partners is a plus;

  • French – advanced level (mandatory); English – conversational level;

  • Proactive attitude, adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset.
