Job description
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support employee life cycle processes and partner with organization leaders to manage people-related matters. The role will collaborate with our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to drive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business needs and align HR initiatives with company strategy
Support organizational design and development for assigned functions
Ensure people decisions reflect company values, ethics, and internal equity
Deliver timely, high-quality HR support and lead strategic HR projects
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and handle employee relations
Propose and implement talent retention strategies, career plans, and development opportunities
Analyze compensation policies and recommend retention solutions
Coach managers and employees on performance, career development, and team dynamics
Collaborate on organizational development and HR programs with Talent Management
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a matrixed environment (minimum 3 years)
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel across Veo international sites
Analytical thinker and problem-solver, with solid judgment and risk assessment skills
Experience in employment law (international experience preferred) and project delivery
Ability to influence stakeholders and implement strategic solutions
Strong command of English and working proficiency in French
