Reports To: Regional Site Manager
Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:00
Contract: Open to both employment contract and B2B collaboration
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Transformation Manager to lead key change initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of our HR function while also supporting the reorganization of commercial sites and structures. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can assess and optimize HR processes, implement modern solutions, and collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategy with evolving commercial needs. A key focus will be on improving the organizational design of commercial teams and ensuring the right talent, tools, and structures are in place to drive performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR Transformation Initiatives: Design and manage end-to-end transformation programs including process optimization, technology implementations and organizational restructuring
Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new HR processes, systems, and policies
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders) to gather input, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Process Improvement: Evaluate existing HR workflows and recommend best-in-class practices to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope
Data-Driven Decisions: Use people analytics and KPIs to measure the impact of transformation initiatives and inform ongoing improvements
Qualifications & Skills
Required
10 years of progressive HR experience (with at least 2-3 years in a transformation or project management role)
Advanced English skills (B2-C1)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven track record in delivering complex HR transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of HR functions and systems
Experience with change management methodologies
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization
Preferred
Master’s degree or MBA
Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
