Skills and Abilities Required:

• Excellent communication skills 

• Advanced level of English (B2-C1);

• Microsoft Office Suite proficient;

• Drive, curiosity, and attention to detail;

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;

• Nice to have: Experience in a customer service role.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and drive a structured interview process;

• Prescreen applications, select and refer qualified candidates, and conduct initial interviews as needed;

• Ensure a high level of quality and service in the recruitment experience for candidates;

• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruitment processes and develop strategies aimed at attracting a larger pool of candidates;

• Actively participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to attract talents.
