Junior Transport Specialist

Join Us as a Junior Transport Specialist! We are looking for a motivated colleague to join our team in Bucharest. If you are eager to learn, organized and ready to take your first steps in transport and logistics, this role is for you!

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Proficiency in English (B2 or above)

• Basic technical knowledge: Excel (SAP is a plus)

• 0–1 year of experience in transport, logistics, or related field

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Reliable, autonomous, and proactive

• Strong stress management and problem-solving skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing transport between Europe-France and France-Europe platforms

• Communicate with suppliers to obtain logistical information (goods, pallets, weight)

• Support research of transport options using databases, transport exchanges, and other sources

• Track transport orders and support follow-up throughout the process

• Maintain and update transport provider database
