About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive and reliable Office Manager to join our team and support the daily administrative and operational activities of the office.

The ideal candidate is a professional with previous experience in office administration, HR support or operational coordination, who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities with attention to detail and confidentiality.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office administration and operational activities.

  • Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers and external partners.

  • Request, compare and negotiate offers for office-related services and supplies.

  • Ensure smooth administrative processes related to employees and office operations.

  • Support HR administrative activities and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Monitor and manage office-related costs while respecting the allocated budget.

  • Maintain communication with local institutions and external stakeholders when needed.

  • Support the organization of internal meetings, recruitment events and company activities.

  • Contribute to maintaining a positive employee experience and a professional office environment.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in Office Management, HR Administration or similar roles.

  • Good understanding of administrative and operational processes.

  • Knowledge of labor law and HR administration represents an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Professional attitude, discretion and problem-solving mindset.

  • English level: B2 or above.
