Job description

As we continue the business growth and development, we are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

This is a pivotal role in attracting top talent to join our organization through the recruitment strategy and shaping our employer brand.

You will lead all aspects of the talent acquisition process, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talents in the industry. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive employer branding strategies that highlight our unique culture, values and opportunities for professional growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading an international recruitment team, mentoring and coaching while driving global talent strategies.
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans to attract, evaluate and hire top talent across various projects and departments.
  • Developing together with communication department and implementing compelling employer branding actions to drive brand awareness and showcase company culture.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Constantly evaluating the performance of team members, proposing and implementing individual development plans and applying methods and tools to improve current processes in order to achieve the recruitment objectives.
  • Managing the Recruitment Department’s annual budget.

We need you to have:

  • Proven experience in coordinating talent acquisition process and teams, or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment – minimum 5 years.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting, applicant tracking software and sourcing tools.
  • Experience in building employment brand across social media, sourcing and hiring avenues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with candidates and clearly assimilate information for hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
