Inventory Specialist

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing and analyzing stock flows across our international operations.

 Requirements

·        Strong knowledge of financial and economic analysis;

·        2–4 years of experience in finance, treasury, audit, controlling, or related fields;

·        Advanced knowledge of English and basic French;

·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.);

·        Experience with SAP is a plus; knowledge of Power BI or SQL is an advantage;

·        Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

·        Participate in periodic inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system data;

·        Identify and report inventory discrepancies and variances;

·        Investigate root causes of differences (e.g. data entry errors, losses, theft);

·        Prepare stock-related reports and financial analyses;

·        Support interactions with procurement, logistics, and SAP teams;

·        Work closely with audit, controlling, and accounting departments;

·        Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
