Senior Legal Advisor

We are looking for a Senior Legal Advisor to join our team and support the legal activities of our international group.

This is a diverse role for a legal professional who enjoys working across corporate and commercial law, contract management, regulatory matters, and legal advisory. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, international stakeholders, external legal partners, public institutions, suppliers, and business partners to provide practical, business-focused legal support.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory & Contract Management

• Review, analyze, negotiate, and validate various types of contracts with suppliers and partners across the group

• Draft legal opinions and provide guidance on contractual and regulatory matters

• Identify and assess legal and contractual risks and provide practical recommendations

• Formulate objections to contractual proposals when necessary and respond to counterparties’ comments

Corporate & Regulatory Activities

• Manage corporate documentation and statutory modifications for companies within the group

• Support company incorporations, restructurings, and other administrative procedures

• Coordinate and follow up on corporate and regulatory requirements

• Represent and liaise with the company in relation to authorities, public institutions, and external stakeholders

 External Partnerships & Litigation Coordination

• Maintain strong working relationships with external law firms and legal advisors

• Coordinate with external legal partners on litigation matters, corporate projects, authorizations, and special contracts

• Support the selection and assessment of new external legal partners when required

• Ensure effective communication and follow-up with external counsel

Legal Analysis & Reporting

• Compile, analyze, and structure legal information to support business decision-making

• Prepare legal reports, summaries, opinions, and other documentation related to legal activities

• Monitor ongoing legal matters, actions, and deadlines and ensure appropriate follow-up

• Provide clear and practical legal input to internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a legal advisory role

• Experience in business law, corporate law, commercial law, or an international legal environment is an advantage

• Advanced English, both written and spoken; advanced French is a plus

• Availability and willingness to undertake international business travel as required.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong knowledge of legal regulations and contract law

• Solid understanding of corporate and commercial legal matters

• Strong ability to analyze and interpret legal texts and contractual documentation

• Excellent legal drafting and reviewing skills

• Ability to identify, assess, and manage legal risks

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools
