Senior Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager to lead and coordinate team activities. In this key role, you will ensure the overall performance of the teams, strategic alignment with company objectives, and act as the main point of contact for managing operational challenges. You will also play a fundamental role in the development of teams and team leaders, as well as the optimization of internal processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the actions of team leaders to ensure optimal performance.

• Evaluate team results and ensure effective execution of action plans.

• Monitor performance indicators to ensure process compliance and optimize workflows.

• Lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and implement innovative solutions to address challenges.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, resolve conflicts, and meet their requirements to ensure satisfaction.

• Collect and analyze team results and provide regular reports on performance and project progress.

• Provide ongoing support to team leaders for their development and performance.

• Promote a culture of collaboration and anticipate organizational challenges.

• Make real-time strategic and operational decisions to ensure team performance.

What We Are Looking For:

• University degree or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management or coordination of multidisciplinary teams in a multinational and dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in French (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and ERP management tools.

• Leadership and team management with a strong team-building mindset.
