Senior Recruiter

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a knack for discovering exceptional talent?

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Recruiter who is going to be responsible for setting up and delivering the selection process and collaborating with the local hiring managers.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and drive a structured interview process.

• Prescreen applications, select and refer qualified candidates, and conduct initial ︁interviews as needed;

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop announcements;

• Ensure a high level of quality and service in the recruitment experience for candidates;

• Consult with hiring managers on recruitment processes, and the development of recruitment strategies to decrease the time to hire;

• Work on initiatives to attract strong candidates;

• Attend career fairs and conferences to promote the company and diversify the pool of potential candidates for future positions;

• Build and maintain a database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• 4+ year of experience in a Recruitment role;

• Microsoft Office Suite proficient;

• Advanced level of English (B2-C1), French being a nice to have;

• Drive, curiosity, and attention to detail.

Qualities We Look For:

• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter;

• Experience recruiting for various positions (HR, Payroll, Quality, IT, Reporting, Commercial) is a big plus.
