What We’re Looking For:

·        Experienced managerial profile;

·        Excellent organizational and time management skills;

·        Previous experience in international Companies;

·        HR administration and legal work legislation knowledge;

·        Good level of English B2 level at least (French is a plus);

·        Independent user of MSOffice;

·        Flexible and adaptable to change and challenges.

Job Scope

Represents the Board locally (both internally and externally) and guarantees the implementation of the company's strategic decisions. Ensures the proper functioning of the site, the technical, human, administrative infrastructure, in compliance with the rules, values ​​and the established budget.

Your main duties will include:

·        Leading HR and administrative operations of the local branch;

·        Managing relationships with local suppliers, including contract negotiation and project planning;

·        Ensuring branch efficiency and profitability;

·        Promoting the local office through partnerships and events to support recruitment efforts;

·        Serving as a key liaison between local operations and internal/external stakeholders;

·        Implementing company strategies and Board directives at a local level;

·        Fostering a client-oriented, proactive mindset within the team
