We constantly search for solutions to help business owners capitalize on their unsold stocks (past collections, short expiry products, cancelled orders) and become efficient.

We challenge you to join our recruitment department at our VEO Sousse office as a “Recruitment Sourcer “where the level of involvement of each of us makes the difference.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards;
  • Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment team members to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies;
  • Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring a seamless candidate experience;
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' interest, availability and basic qualifications;
  • Submit a short-list of candidates to the Recruiter;
  • Complete various activity reports;
  • Evaluate candidates' language proficiency levels based on test results and provide feedback to recruiters;
  • Participate at the job fairs and participating at the recruitment events organized by the company.

Profile:
You will manage the first recruitment process for different areas of activity, so we want someone who has:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Bachelor degree;
  • Excellent Level at French language, both written and spoken (B2-C1);
  • Good level of English language (minimum B1-B2);
  • Customer-oriented and results-oriented;
  • Motivated by continuous professional development;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.) is a plus.
