Supplier Dispute Specialist

What will your role involve?

• Investigating commercial disputes related to goods and identifying the causes of discrepancies.

• Collecting and analyzing evidence, including documents, photos and relevant conversations.

• Preparing and documenting case files to support claims and financial recovery.

• Contacting suppliers and other involved parties to clarify situations and establish responsibility.

• Working with local lawyers to submit legal files and recover financial losses.

• Following cases from the initial investigation through to their resolution.

• Identifying solutions and proposing improvements to reduce financial risks and recurring errors.

What are we looking for?

• Relevant experience in commercial disputes, litigation, claims management or a similar field.

• Strong analytical and investigative skills.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and documents.

• Accounting knowledge is an advantage; Ms. Office (Excel) is mandatory;

• SAP knowledge and the ability to understand accounting documents are considered a plus.

• A proactive approach and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.

• French at B1 level and good English communication skills.

• Willingness to collaborate with international teams and travel when required.
