The Supplier Relations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our supplier database, identifying growth opportunities  and fostering strategic supplier relationships. This position requires a data-driven approach, strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments

 

Key Responsibilities:

 Data Analysis & Segmentation:

·        Analyze supplier data to identify high-potential growth and retention segments.

·        Ensure data accuracy and enrich the supplier database with relevant business information.

·        Develop segmentation plans (based on type, country, product family, and industry) to better target commercial campaigns.

Supplier Strategy & CRM Development:

·        Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to develop and maintain CRM tools, ensuring seamless integration with other systems (ERP, E-marketing).

·        Design and implement CRM campaigns (cross-selling, up-selling, loyalty) in partnership with Marketing and commercial teams.

·        Monitor key KPIs, including conversion rates, activity rates, loyalty metrics, and transaction values, to assess the impact of CRM initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

·        Work closely with purchasing teams (prospecting, sourcing) to ensure CRM insights are effectively utilized.

·        Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with commercial objectives and identified supplier segments.

·        Coordinate with IT to ensure CRM tools are efficient, robust, and well integrated into the company's digital ecosystem.

Performance Monitoring & Strategy Adjustment:

·        Analyze the results of CRM actions and adjust strategies as needed to enhance overall performance.

·        Propose and track action plans based on data analysis, seasonal stock needs, and supplier requirements.

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data Management, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in supplier relations, procurement, or managing large databases.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data segmentation and strategy development.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and departments.

  • Proficiency in database management systems, ERP platforms and data analytics tools.

  • Experience in optimizing internal workflows and supplier engagement processes.

  • Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) in a commercial or procurement environment is a plus.
