We are looking for an HLM Support Technician to join our team!
You will mainly provide remote assistance via our hotline, but your responsiveness and ability to offer simple and effective solutions will be the key to your success!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to field technicians at retail locations regarding POS and office solutions
Monitor the proper functioning of interfaces between stores and headquarters, performing daily checks of databases (e.g., sales figures)
Provide technical assistance and support to various users of IT resources (hardware/software)
Resolve level 1 hardware and software incidents reported by users
Configure and maintain IT equipment in stores (PCs, peripherals, phones, printers) in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Provide necessary IT equipment for opening new stores
Collaborate with other IT support teams to resolve network incidents
Create, update, and ensure adherence to IT procedures and workflows
Check the GLPI platform to respond to requests and incidents in a timely manner and in compliance with SLAs
Actively participate in the continuous improvement process of operational IT support workflows
Ensure the quality of IT service provided in accordance with department performance indicators (SLA compliance, user satisfaction levels)

Job requirements
Profile:
Educational level: Higher education in computer science, networks, or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in IT support
Languages: French – minimum C1 level; English is a plus
Adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Skills in remote troubleshooting (hardware/software)
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
Proficient in ticket management tools (e.g., GLPI, Jira, ServiceNow)
Knowledge of networks and telecommunications tools (VPN, router configuration, etc.)
Knowledge of network virtualization technologies (SDN, NFV) is a plus
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Listening skills, responsiveness, and ability to solve problems quickly
Team player with the ability to work independently
Organization, rigor, and the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on process improvement
