Talent Sourcer

Your responsibilities will include:

·        Work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers

·        Search for potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and social networks;

·        Reach out and connect with people about exciting job opportunities;

·        Support the team with talent pipeline management and candidate communication;

·        Learn how to track sourcing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies;

·        Help promote our employer brand and share the culture and values that make us great

To successfully meet the requirements of this role, you will need:

·        A proactive mindset and strong communication skills;

·        Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition;

·        Good command of English (B2+); French is a nice bonus;

·        Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or online search tools is a plus—but not required;

·        A team player who’s ready to learn, grow, and make an impact.
