Transport & Logistics Officer

We are looking to strengthen our team in Bucharest by recruiting a Transport & Logistics Officer, a proactive and organized professional ready to work in an international logistics environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)

• Good technical skills: Excel; SAP is a plus

• Previous experience in transport/logistics is an advantage

• International exposure is a plus

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

• Excellent stress management abilities

• Reliable, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset

Main Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate transport between Europe–France and France–Europe platforms

• Communicate with suppliers to obtain logistical information (goods, pallets, weights), in close collaboration with buyers

• Research and select transport solutions using databases, transport exchanges, and online platforms

• Negotiate transport costs and contractual conditions

• Monitor and track orders throughout the entire transport process

• Develop and maintain a database of transport providers through market prospecting
